App Folder (Monorepo)

• Each folder contains:
  app.py, wsgi.py, Procfile, requirements.txt, static/
• APIs Served: Government Proposals, Patent Portal, Deployment Templates, Proposal Generator, Script Execution

GitHub Actions → ZipDeploy

1. On push to qi3ci_system_main, workflow runs.
2. Checks out repo & sets up Python 3.11.
3. Installs deps from requirements.txt (CI only).
4. Creates ZIP from the app folder:
   zip -r apps/zip_deploy_dir/<zipname>.zip .
5. Uses azure/webapps-deploy@v3 to call ZipDeploy.
6. Azure unzips into /home/site/wwwroot and starts Gunicorn.

What Azure Does Not Do

• No Oryx build for these apps.
• No automatic React build.
• No framework auto-detection for deployment.
• If oryx-manifest.toml or output.tar.gz appears, it means the ZIP was wrong or missing.

Frontend Services Integration

• APIM Base: lj-apim.azure-api.net
• Services: QOpsIntakeService, PatentIntelligenceService, WebGLInferenceService, GovernmentProposalService, DeploymentTemplateService, ProposalGeneratorService, ScriptExecutionService, StaticAppsInventoryService
• Stores: useQOpsStore, usePatentStore, useProposalGeneratorStore
• Pattern: API → Service → Store → UI Component

Health & Monitoring

• Health Endpoint: /api/health (returns 200 OK)
• Front Door Probe: HTTP GET every 30 seconds
• Origin Group: drantechai-origin-group
• Requirement: Must return 200 OK or Front Door serves 503
• Azure Monitor: Application Insights enabled
